Step 1
Connect your frame to your computer/laptop using the USB-C cable provided.
Step 2
Upload your file to the corresponding folder.
Step 3
Enjoy your cherished memories. You can change the media anytime!

How To Upload?
1. 💻 Connect your TreasuredMemory Frame™ to your Windows/Mac Laptop via the provided USB cable.(Please ensure that the USB is connected firmly)
2. 📁 Once the USB is connected to your laptop, a driver folder will appear on your desktop.(You can load up to 1GB of videos or photos).Load multiple files to play them in sequence. If you load only one file, it will be played in a continuous loop.
3. ⏏️ Drag and drop video files to video folder or if you'd like to add photos add them to the photo folder.(Please make sure that your video/image file resolution is 480*854px for 5" and 600*1024px for 7" frames, and in one of these formats: MP4, AVI, MKV, JPG, BMP, PNG)🌟 Once you've successfully uploaded the files, now you can disconnect the frame from your computer and endlessly replay your lovely memories!(You can of course swap out your videos endlessly by deleting old ones and adding new ones)
How Does It Play?
Our Treasured Memory Frame™ has a built-in lithium battery and an HD LCD display that allows you to upload and play your most treasured memories endlessly on loop.
Can It Play Sound?
It sure can! You have the option to add sound to your video. There is also a button at the back of the frame which allows you to mute/unmute the sound.
Can I Charge It?
Certainly! Once the Treasured Frame is fully charged, it boasts an impressive 48-hour battery life. Alternatively, keep it powered 24/7 by connecting the included USB cable to your computer or a plug.
Does It Play Together?
It most definitely can! The Video Frame was built for it to be plugged in to loop forever. It comes with a magnetic cable attachment to charge. To keep it playing forever, all you have to do is keep it plugged in. Without the charging cable, the battery life is 2-3 hours.
Can I Use Photos?
Yes! You can do a mixture of both videos and photos for display.
